I just got the photograph and I think that it is amazing, so much better than on the screen especially if you light it up correctly with a spotlight. The Photograph
I am pleased to announce the release of the eighth Alain Briot Print of the Month Collection Photograph: Sunset over Squaw Creek Ruin, Perry Mesa, Arizona.

This image is one of my favorites. It was taken in June 2003. I just love it. To me it represents all I am looking for in an photograph: great composition, superb quality of light, remote and little known setting, and much more. As with all my top-quality work it was created with my Linhof 4x5 Master Technica using a Schneider 75mm Super Angulon lens and Fuji Provia 100F film. The exposure was1 second at f.45.

The Print
This image is offered in Gallery size (16x20 frame size, 10x15 print size), in a limited edition of only 100 images. Each photograph is signed -- and numbered-- individually by myself both on the print and on the mat. This way, if you have the photograph re-matted at a later time, you will still have my signature.

This image is available framed and unframed. The frame is a handmade Mahogany Finish frame. The moulding is truly magnificent and does emphasize the beauty of the image. The photographs I took of the framed and matted piece show very closely how beautiful this presentation is. However, this piece looks much better in reality than a web photograph can show! You just won't believe your eyes when you receive it.
